I don’t know whether this guy is credible; he’s running for Congress in Maryland. He ran as the Republican nominee for the Senate in Maryland last year and lost in a 55-27 blowout to Democrat incumbent Ben Cardin (a libertarian in the race picked up 17 percent – does that sound familiar?)
