This video is of Rep. Steve Buyer (R-IN) haranguing Laura Richardson (D-CA), who is serving as Speaker Pro Tem in the U.S. House, last night on a pece of legislation the Democrats were attempting to push past GOP objections in the lame-duck session.

It’s fairly classic stuff. “This is why the voters threw you out of power!”

Buyer isn’t exactly one of the good guys. He’s leaving Congress amid some ethical issues when this session is over. And he’s whining here. But he’s not wrong about the abuses of power going on in Nancy’s House.
