This week I’m working on a loaner computer, as mine died on Saturday and needs a thorough upgrade that won’t be complete until the latter part of the week.

As a result, you might notice a little bit of a slowdown in the volume of stuff on the site. This machine is awfully slow compared to mine, and it makes posting pieces on the Hayride a sloppy mess.

Not to mention the fact that with the elections Saturday, this is likely to be a slow week, with the runoff campaigns getting cranked up in earnest next week for some of the legislative races and BESE seats. And I could use something of a break.

As a result, we’re going to do a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule for the Nooner to account for the slower volume of material. We’ll be back to an every-day delivery next week.
