This is Noir’s second video for the NRA, and in it he notes that most of the attempts at gun-grabbing legislation arise from the stupid impulse to “do something” after a tragic event like Aurora or Newtown. He uses the excellent example of the internet craze about the Ugandan rebels last year, which turned out to be a scam, to show how easily that impulse can be manipulated.

This guy is going to end up being a huge problem for Democrats in the black community as his message gets out.
