But the treatment of Obamacare comes up, and it’s difficult to navigate around that problem – the Ryan budget counts tax revenues from Obamacare while purporting to repeal it. The problem is that the Senate will not pass, nor will the president sign, a repeal of Obamacare. And because of that Ryan’s budget is unworkable – and so is any federal budget so long as the Democrats control the Senate and the White House.

We are doomed.
