Earlier in the week, we reported exclusively about a mail-out popping up around urban and African American neighborhoods. The mail-out was sent out on behalf of Democrats by a group called “Stand Up and Vote Louisiana.” However, the group is not a registered entity with the Louisiana Secretary of State, the Louisiana Board of Ethics or the Federal Election Commission.

Today, another mail-out has been sent out, this time invoking Martin Luther King Jr. and the Civil Rights Movement. Take a look at the flyer here:
