The caravan is expected to stop in the state capital of Hermosillo before continuing to Tijuana, where a massive cartel war is taking place. Cartel violence resulted in 2,152 homicides in 2018 in Tijuana alone.

If Mexican state police are intentionally bringing a caravan to the U.S. border to illegally enter, isn’t this an act of war?
