The Hayride’s 2019 @Large Tour has begun its second leg, as over 200 people attended our August 15 event in Metairie at which U.S. Sen. John Kennedy, state senator Conrad Appel and Townhall.com columnist, author and Fox News contributor Kurt Schlichter were the featured speakers, and we now have three events coming up elsewhere in Louisiana starting with one in just three weeks!
Join us at Pujo Street Cafe on the corner of Pujo and Ryan Streets for the Lake Charles stop of The Hayride’s 2019 @Large Tour! Our happy-hour cocktail reception will begin at 5:00 p.m. and continue until 7:30 p.m., with a VIP dinner at 121 Artisan Bistro (121 Dr Michael Debakey Drive) beginning at 8:00 p.m.
Speakers for the cocktail reception will include Louisiana Treasurer John Schroder, and State Representative Phillip Devillier of Ville Platte, as well as Hayride publisher Scott McKay. On tap is a discussion of the current state of Louisiana politics with this fall’s elections looming, and what can be done to put Louisiana on a path to growth and prosperity to match our neighbors in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee.
The reception will include an open bar. The VIP dinner will as well.
Tickets are $30 for the reception, and $200 for both the reception and VIP dinner. Sponsorships for the reception, including a block of 10 tickets to the reception and 2 tickets for the VIP dinner, are available for a special price of $450.
Register today, and we’ll see you on September 11!
