– East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff Sid Gautreaux, at an event put on Tuesday by the Chamber of Commerce of East Baton Rouge Parish. Gautreaux decried a culture devoid of positive reinforcement in Baton Rouge’s inner city area as the chief reason for the loss of the current generation of youth to crime.
