A 4th Of July Cover Versions Smorgasbord

Rather than find one song that’s been covered multiple times on YouTube and elsewhere, we thought we’d offer up a bunch of examples of songs covered just once in unusual ways.

Back to more conventional fare – here’s Get Lucky by Daft Punk, using drums and guitars…

…and here’s the same song played by a guy (Charles Butler) with a banjo…

How about a cover of Paul Simon’s Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes? Here’s the original…

And a looped one-man cover by a guy named Elijah Aaron…

But here’s the best saved for last. How about a cover of the Game of Thrones theme song complete with the costumes and scenery – and the midget?
