These 9 Newspapers Ignore Mary Landrieu’s ‘Racist’ And ‘Sexist’ Remarks

By now, you’re read about how Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA) said this to NBC’s Chuck Todd: “I’ll be very, very honest with you. The South has not always been the friendliest place for African-Americans.” And then this: “It’s not always been a good place for women to present ourselves. It’s more of a conservative place.”

It’s obvious those comments would make national headlines, but apparently none of these 9 Louisiana newspapers thought Landrieu’s comments garnered a front page news story. Check out the Louisiana press ignore the obvious:
