If that ridiculous brushback pitch by Mark Salter, the former chief of staff for John McCain, was aimed at convincing Ted Cruz to stop criticizing the GOP leadership in Congress for refusing to fight, it didn’t work.
Cruz went on Mark Levin’s show last night and, if anything, he turned up the heat on the leadership.
