Blake and Sarah Thomas of Radford, Virginia, made headlines earlier this year after their Facebook photo offering to adopt went viral. The sign they’re holding says, “Please don’t abort. We will adopt your baby.”

According to WND, the couple got the idea after seeing a similar-style post from Kevin and Nicole Cook in 2015.

The post has so far received 17,000 shares and 21, 000 likes and more than 100 comments, many from women responding to their sign.

Dozens of pregnant women contacted them, and the response was so positive that the Radfords got the help of Pregnancy Resource Centers or adoption agencies to work with the women. Some of the women even decided to consider parenting their own unborn child.

The Radfords added:

We have had the great honor of accepting one mother’s request that we adopt her baby.

We are so grateful to God for all of these babies lives and their mother’s, and we feel so privileged and honored to be parents again in approximately 7 months! Please be in prayer for us as we move forward with the adoption process and pray for God’s blessing and provision!
