Chris Christie strikes again, this time after being embroiled in a controversy over gay marriage.

It’s fun watching a Republican politician who’s willing to fight the Left. But eventually Christie is going to drive his negatives up to such a point that he’s going to lose re-election.

Not getting into the presidential race this year, in that context, might end up a mistake. These fights ultimately leave enough scars that he’s no longer colorful but instead “divisive.”

In Christie’s defense, though, this is what got the fight started. He’s certainly not unreasonable…
