AFTERBURNER: The Sordid History Of The Democrat Party

Mark Levin did this last week as well, demanding that in the interest of scrubbing our history of all that is racist and offensive we do to the Democrat Party what the Left wants to do to statues of Robert E. Lee and the Washington Redskins and ban the name.

Here, Bill Whittle goes through more than 150 years of American history and points out the atrocious record of that party in promoting racism and slavery – from the ancient kind to the modern.

One complaint – Calvin Coolidge wasn’t the president who took office in 1921; that was Warren G. Harding. Coolidge was his vice president and he took office after Harding died of a heart attack on August 2, 1923. Coolidge continued and intensified Harding’s policy of cutting taxes and shrinking the federal government, though, and left office as perhaps the most successful president in the history of the United States in terms of promoting peace and prosperity.
