If all bills can be heard then they will likely all be passed early next week. Those bills will then be sent to the Texas House of Representatives. The Texas House has held the public hearing on HB 1 which is the Texas Medical Board sunset bill and passed it out of committee favorably without amendment, but so far no other hearings have been set.
The Texas House is adjourned until 2:00 P.M. Monday
