The election of 2020 will be remembered as one of the most corrupt in American history. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Democrats were able to mail millions of unsolicited ballots to voters across the country. Clearly, this was an invitation for massive fraud. Although the legal team for President Donald Trump’s campaign tried to mitigate the destruction to our electoral process in many states, the damage was done. In many states, voter rolls are not updated regularly, so ballots were sent to deceased voters and those who had changed addresses. Not surprisingly, there were countless stories of voters receiving multiple ballots
This mess was coupled with unfair ballot counting procedures in many states and legitimate questions about Dominion voting machines and the operational software. As a result, a substantial majority of Trump supporters believe the election was stolen from the President.
According to the latest results, the President received 74 million votes, an increase of 11 million votes from his 2016 total. No President in American history has gained so many new voters and “lost” a re-election campaign.
Republicans won at least 13 new seats in the House of Representatives, added one new Governor’s position, gained control of three state legislative bodies and will probably retain control of the U.S. Senate, depending on the outcome of the runoffs in Georgia. With such strong GOP support across the country, a victory by President Trump seemed more than logical.
On Election Night, at 10 p.m. CT, the President was leading in most swing states and comfortably cruising to re-election. Then, the vote counting mysteriously stopped, and when it later resumed, the new results showed a radical turn toward the Democratic Party’s nominee, former Vice President Joe Biden.
The media and the Deep State supporters want Americans to believe that Biden, a compromised and mentally incompetent candidate, won the presidential race with over 80 million votes. Such an outcome is preposterous. He did not campaign vigorously until the last few days of the race and spent most of his time in his home basement. When he did appear at public events, the crowds were ridiculously small, compared to the massive rallies that President Trump headlined.
In the campaign, Biden generated no enthusiasm, yet Americans are supposed to accept that he received 14 million more votes than Hillary Clinton in 2016 and 11 million more votes than Barack Obama in 2008.
Certainly, accepting these results is exceedingly difficult for supporters of President Trump. However, it has not been difficult for U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA). He has joined the Democrat and media bandwagon to recognize Biden as the President-Elect. According to Cassidy, “Joe Biden won.”
The Senator claimed that he voted for President Trump, but that Biden had accumulated enough electoral votes to win. In fact, the electoral college does not meet until December 14, so there is time for the Trump campaign to impact this decision. Cassidy also noted that the General Services Administration had officially started the transition process for a new President, but it is only “initial protocols” and the President has not conceded the race.
The most upsetting part of Cassidy’s statement involved a rebuke of the President’s legal team. He said, “President Trump’s legal team has not presented evidence of the massive fraud which would have had to be present to overturn the election.” Clearly, the Senator has not watched the hearings in Pennsylvania, Arizona, or Michigan. In each state, powerful witnesses testified about voting irregularities or fraud they witnessed. The campaign has accumulated a voluminous number of signed affidavits testifying to rampant voter fraud.
As Cassidy and others claim no “evidence,” it has become infuriating for Trump supporters. There is an obvious desire to ignore the mountain of evidence that has been accumulated. It is also mind boggling that Cassidy and others are comfortable asking the President to accept this fraudulent result.

In his re-election campaign, Cassidy extensively used the President’s endorsement. It was highlighted in almost all his commercials near the end of the campaign, consequently President Trump was a major reason the Senator comfortably won re-election. Sadly, in his hour of greatest need, when the President could use as many allies as possible, the Senator has deserted him.
Many conservatives are outraged at Senator Cassidy and have flooded his office with calls and emails. One of my Ringside Politics radio show listeners contacted his office and received a form letter in response, which included this statement, “I felt it very important that the 70 million people who voted for President Trump to have their day in court.” Unfortunately, Cassidy is incorrect as 74 million people voted for the President and the court cases are still ongoing.
He also claimed that the President’s legal teams “promised us something that just doesn’t seem to be there. I have followed along and have seen almost all of the campaign’s court cases either thrown out or decided against.” This shows the Senator is too impatient and is rendering a judgment before any of these cases reach the Supreme Court. In 2000, Al Gore was given 37 days to fight an election result in one state. President Trump is being asked to conclude his legal battle in a shorter period, even though he is fighting fraudulent results in at least six states.
Finally, near the end of the letter, Senator Cassidy claims that he “will continue to represent the views of my state.” In a state that gave President Trump overwhelming landslide victories in two straight elections, the Senator is not representing Louisiana voters by pushing for a quick resolution to this complicated and crucial challenge.
The President is fighting for free and fair elections. Without them our constitutional republic is threatened, along with all the freedoms that Americans cherish. Instead of abandoning the President and asking him to conclude this vital fight, Senator Cassidy should be standing next to him. It is troubling and revealing that he is not.
