The Battlefield, November 4, 2016 – Just How Corrupt Is The Obama-Clinton Justice Department?

If you’ve been following along with the saga of Hillary’s various scandals and FBI investigations, you’ve probably heard stories about the Justice Department thwarting the FBI’s attempts to secure indictments or at least empanel grand juries in the case of both her e-mail server and the Clinton Foundation.

Loretta Lynch, the Attorney General, and her employees both at Main Justice and in the Eastern District of New York, where she was U.S. Attorney before succeeding Eric Holder in her current job doesn’t come out overly well in those reports.

And the Justice Department doesn’t look any better the more we hear about the Anthony Weiner case and the New York Police Department’s involvement in it. Because it was NYPD who first made a move on Weiner, and it’s NYPD from which the leaks have begun to come in terms of what’s on the laptop computer Weiner turned over to law enforcement.

Erik Prince, one of the founders of the private security firm Blackwater, is known as a pretty good source on high-profile criminal and security matters; he has some fairly extensive contacts in the military, intelligence and law enforcement communities – which includes NYPD. Prince was on Breitbart News Daily with Alex Marlow on SiriusXM Radio overnight, and had some rather explosive things to say about that case and the multiple investigations it informs.

Here’s the audio, which is well worth a listen…

From Breitbart’s writeup of the appearance

“Because of Weinergate and the sexting scandal, the NYPD started investigating it. Through a subpoena, through a warrant, they searched his laptop, and sure enough, found those 650,000 emails. They found way more stuff than just more information pertaining to the inappropriate sexting the guy was doing,” Prince claimed.

“They found State Department emails. They found a lot of other really damning criminal information, including money laundering, including the fact that Hillary went to this sex island with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton went there more than 20 times. Hillary Clinton went there at least six times,” he said.

“The amount of garbage that they found in these emails, of criminal activity by Hillary, by her immediate circle, and even by other Democratic members of Congress was so disgusting they gave it to the FBI, and they said, ‘We’re going to go public with this if you don’t reopen the investigation and you don’t do the right thing with timely indictments,’” Prince explained.

“I believe – I know, and this is from a very well-placed source of mine at 1PP, One Police Plaza in New York – the NYPD wanted to do a press conference announcing the warrants and the additional arrests they were making in this investigation, and they’ve gotten huge pushback, to the point of coercion, from the Justice Department, with the Justice Department threatening to charge someone that had been unrelated in the accidental heart attack death of Eric Garner almost two years ago. That’s the level of pushback the Obama Justice Department is doing against actually seeking justice in the email and other related criminal matters,” Prince said.

And there’s more…

“NYPD was the first one to look at that laptop,” Prince elaborated. “Weiner and Huma Abedin, his wife – the closest adviser of Hillary Clinton for 20 years – have both flipped. They are cooperating with the government. They both have – they see potential jail time of many years for their crimes, for Huma Abedin sending and receiving and even storing hundreds of thousands of messages from the State Department server and from Hillary Clinton’s own homebrew server, which contained classified information. Weiner faces all kinds of exposure for the inappropriate sexting that was going on and for other information that they found.”

“So NYPD first gets that computer. They see how disgusting it is. They keep a copy of everything, and they pass a copy on to the FBI, which finally pushes the FBI off their chairs, making Comey reopen that investigation, which was indicated in the letter last week. The point being, NYPD has all the information, and they will pursue justice within their rights if the FBI doesn’t,” Prince contended.

“There is all kinds of criminal culpability through all the emails they’ve seen of that 650,000, including money laundering, underage sex, pay-for-play, and, of course, plenty of proof of inappropriate handling, sending/receiving of classified information, up to SAP level Special Access Programs,” he stated.

Is Prince off his rocker? Well, you can find references to what he’s talking about all over the internet. You won’t find a lot of it in any major media reporting, though, so it’s a little risky to hang your hat on it.

But nobody should be surprised at the thought Anthony Weiner might have flown down to Pedophile Island on Jeffrey Epstein’s jet, as we know Bill Clinton did 26 times.

And it seems patently clear that you have FBI agents who have been doggedly attempting to make a case against Hillary Clinton and nothing much has come of it.

This is disturbing. DOJ was never intended to be a political office within the federal government, and if it refuses to prosecute people the FBI is convinced are guilty of major crimes there is no reason whatsoever to spend a red cent of taxpayer money on it.

Simplistic-Weapon-12-Battle-Axes-in-SaltireI have an American Spectator column up this morning on something proximate to this issue; namely the screeching by the Harry Reids and James Carvilles of the world about “The Russians!” as the cause of Hillary’s troubles – when it’s clear Russia has nothing to do with the Anthony Weiner problems…

Reid and Carville aren’t morons, and it takes very little effort to recognize that The Russians! don’t have anything to do with the laptop formerly residing at Chez Danger, so why the screaming?

That’s easy. WikiLeaks, to them, is worse than the FBI.

Carville and Reid don’t fear the FBI for Hillary’s sake. They believe whatever problems the FBI investigations might pose to her can be defused once she’s president. Comey can be gotten rid of, efforts to appoint special prosecutors can be thwarted, Loretta Lynch atop the Justice Department, or friends planted in the right positions, can smother any prosecutions. They believe raw political power trumps the rule of law, and always have believed so.

But what they fear is what WikiLeaks can do to the Democratic Party. They fear the release of all of Podesta’s emails — and those 30,000 emails Hillary deleted. They fear the internecine warfare among Democrat colleagues which may come from various slights or accusations in those emails. They fear another Doug Band Teneo/Clinton Foundation memo — or worse. They fear what the release of candid, thought-to-be private communications between Hillary and Podesta could set loose.

And that’s why it all must be blamed on The Russians!, and anyone who traffics in material stolen by The Russians! has to be branded as a traitor and a spy. The truth has to be colored with a varnish of anti-Americanism, so that the public might refuse to look at it.

That The Russians! might have nothing to do with WikiLeaks, as Assange insists, then becomes all the more interesting. What if it isn’t The Russians! at all but rather a cadre of “rogues” in the intelligence or law enforcement community trying to do an end run around the corrupt Justice Department?

Today might be a huge day of Wikileaks disclosures. At some point we will see emails between John Podesta and Hillary Clinton. We suspect Wikileaks has held those back for a reason; they’re likely the worst of all.

Simplistic-Weapon-12-Battle-Axes-in-Saltire – These people.

Good Lord.

The parents of a robbery suspect are angry that their son was fatally shot by an employee of the restaurant where the incident took place.

“If there was to be a death, it was not the place of the employee at Pizza Hut,” Temia Hairston told WBTV-TV. “That is the place of law enforcement.”

Police said her son Michael Grace Jr. and two other people tried to rob a Pizza Hut in Charlotte, North Carolina, after midnight Sunday. A restaurant employee used his personal handgun to fatally shoot Grace Jr., the station said; the two other people got away.

This kid went into a Pizza Hut, armed, with the intention of robbing the place. He had a gun. So did the employee who drew down on him and shot him dead.

And the kid’s mother, who did such a bang-up job of raising him that he thought it would be a good idea to be a stick-up man at a Pizza Hut where if he was lucky he’d make off with $1,000, is complaining that it should have been the cops who killed him rather than an armed employee protecting himself and his coworkers.

“Why in the hell did this guy have a gun?” Hairston asked WBTV, adding, “What is the policy about employees having guns on the premises?”

She also asked the station, “Was he a security guard? Was he back there cooking dough? Was he back there throwing pizzas in the oven? What was his position? Why did he have a gun on the premises?”

“Even a criminal has a right to a degree,” Michael Grace Sr. told WBTV. “I’m not advocating what my son did.”

“It was an act of desperation,” Hairston noted to WBTV, “but I do not believe that Michael would have hurt anyone.”

We say congrats to the employee. He improved the gene pool in Charlotte.

Simplistic-Weapon-12-Battle-Axes-in-Saltire– The economy created 161,000 jobs last month, which is the worst number since May. That’s considered “disappointing,” since last week the economists were all atwitter over a 3rd quarter GDP figure of 2.9 percent growth.

Of course, that 2.9 percent growth was fueled mostly by health care spending – in other words, those massive Obamacare premium increases are actually considered to be economic growth. And apparently it was also a function of drought in Argentina and Brazil which led to a poor soybean harvest there, with record American exports picking up the slack. That’s a one-time shot in the arm which can’t be counted on to repeat, so virtually all of that great growth figure isn’t growth at all.

As for those 161,000 jobs, which is to begin with a bad figure, the breakdown isn’t great

Services set the pace for new jobs, adding 43,000 including 8,000 in computer systems design and related services, while health care grew by 31,000. Wall Street also saw benefit, with 14,000 more jobs in financial activities. Education and health services added 39,100 positions.

The household survey painted a less-flattering picture, with full-time jobs falling by 103,000 and part-time positions gaining 90,000, while and government reported a 22,000 net gain.

The level of workers counted as out of the labor force was the second highest on record, surging 425,000 to 94.6 million. And the labor-force participation rate also edged lower to 62.8 percent and remains mired around levels last seen in the late-1970s.

On the downside, retail positions fell by 1,100 heading into the holiday season, while manufacturing lost 9,000 and mining and logging dropped 2,000.

This economy is moribund. Historians in future years will consider this economy to have been in a depression since 2007.
