2019 Texas Constitutional Amendment Election Voter Guide

Based on a series of analysis articles appearing in The Hayride, we have compiled all of our recommendations for the Nov. 5 Constitutional Amendment Election into one handy resource for Texas voters.

Early voting is from Monday, Oct. 21, through Friday, Nov. 1, with election day being Nov. 5, 2019. Mail-in and military ballots are already being delivered to those who qualify and have requested them from their respective counties.
